Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for training programs, ensuring sessions run smoothly and meet business needs
- Manage tasks like trainee enrollment, venue arrangements, billing documentation, and support for government-funded initiatives
- Maintain clear standards and workflows that strengthen collaboration across teams
- Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders and respond to day-to-day operational needs
- Compile reports, track project progress, and keep documentation accurate and up to date
- Support ongoing process-improvement efforts to make operations more efficient and scalable
Requirements
- Currently studying Business, Marketing, Finance, Project Management, Computer Science, or a similar field
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable analyzing information
- Communicates clearly and works well with different teams
- Able to work independently when needed
- Familiarity with project-management tools is helpful but not required
- Curious about analytics, technology, and learning-focused environments

Location: SAS Singapore Office
Duration: 13 April – 12 October (tentative)
Commitment: Part-time/Full-time as required by program
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
